Almonds Blanching Machines


The line is designed to remove the brown skin of almonds by mechanical way. The Almond, once scalded, take action in, an adjustable electromagnetic vibrant allocator. Then, the product undergoes three stages of processing friction with the help of a system of rollers. The skin that has already fallen off the almonds removed by a forced air system.
Further treatment may optionally be included to whiten more Almonds, using a washer, which leads to a better final appearance.
The continuous line of peeling and blanching Almonds is constructed entirely of stainless steel AISI 304L and AISI 316L.
